Our streamlined booking system makes it easy to schedule your wheelie bin cleaning. Simply select the number of bins, create an account and confirm your payment method – it’s that easy! You can pause your subscription at any time.
All you need to do is leave your bins out until 6:00pm on your scheduled bin day, and our team will take care of the rest. We will send you a friendly SMS reminder the night before your service.
Whether you’re looking for a once-off residential clean, a bond clean or a regular service for your home or business, Turbo’s Wheelie Clean has you covered.
We clean standard 120L, 240L and 360L domestic wheelie bins and larger 660L and 1100L commercial bins. We don’t clean steel bins or bins that are not on wheels.
We don’t offer bin swaps. The bins that we sticker are the bins that we clean. If you require an additional bin cleaned, you can book a once-off or regular service here. We also offer discounts on regular services for two or more bins.
No. All you have to do is leave your bins out on bin day, and our Turbo team takes care of the rest.
We’ll send you an SMS reminder the night before to remind you to leave your bins out after collection.
If you’re not satisfied with our service, please contact us, and we will return and re-clean the bin(s) for you.
We try very hard to time our runs after the bins have been emptied, but sometimes the rubbish trucks can run behind. As we rely on rubbish trucks to run on time, sometimes we may have to push bin cleaning back to the next morning. We’ll let you know if this happens.
You can book in any number of bins for a once-off or regular service. We offer discounts for bookings on two bins or more. Please refer to our pricing guide.
If your bins aren’t left out on your scheduled cleaning day, we charge 50% of the cleaning fee and return on your next bin day. If you’re unable to leave your bin out, please advise us the day before to avoid payment.
Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot go and look for bins. Please ensure your bins are left kerbside.
No. We have a fully self-contained bin cleaning machine and water supply on board our vehicle.
Yes. We work every bin day, rain or shine.
Absolutely! You can pause your account any time by logging in to your account and selecting pause subscription. We will hold all payments and cleaning services until you reactivate your subscription.
